Stress, worry, and anxiety simply come from projecting our thoughts into the future and imagining something bad. This is focusing on what we don’t want and in a way we make it happen in our minds.
Maybe we should focus intensely on the NOW. Keep bringing ourselves back to the present.
Let us each focus our minds in this very moment, because in this moment of now there is utter peace and complete existence.
