Mondays, as I have said before we seem to pre-plan our misery Mondays. Monday is just another day and a great day if we so choose, but if we find ourselves stressed it is up to us to unstress.

thTraffic, honking, kids, phones ringing, meetings or one thing or another can drive must of us mad with stress. Some days we may feel as if we are about to lose it, especially on Monday. What then can we do? We can call upon the strength of our own internal peace, spirituality and serenity and calm ourselves.

Let us each be in control of our own worlds and our own bodies. Let us each be responsible for ourselves. Let us each release unnecessary stress and alloy our beings to relax into comfort and to connect with all that is around each of us.

Let us each be calm today and relaxed. Let us each have a positive and optimistic attitude about all things and learn from all things as we go about our day.
