Have you ever noticed that when you see something or think of something, whatever it may be, you have an actual physical or emotional response to it? Your thought of what you’re seeing is changing you within and it can do so without.

Tree_of_half_lifeEverything that we are is determined by our thoughts. Each and every past experience, each and every thought and action that we have ever had up to this point and time continue to exist within us. Our futures from this juncture in life on exist within us and all, in thought.

All of us, when we think of ourselves we think of us as a body, something you can touch. However, we are more thought that we are physical substance. It is our thoughts that define us. The most beautiful person that ever lived with the ugliest thoughts can become the most unpleasant to look at. It is not the atoms and start dust that we are made of that define us for it is our thoughts that allow us to relate to our world and to the people with whom we are connected. Your thoughts, ALL OF THEM, control every aspect of our lives.

How you act on a day to day basis results from your thoughts that you think. If we don’t like what we see or how we do something then we must each change our thoughts. Ever heard of visualization? That’s it!

If you have never read of Dr. Wayne Dyer, Author of “You’ll See It When You Believe it” you need to. Here are 4 basic principles that can help put thoughts to work for you.

  1. Your actions come from your images. If you constantly picture something in your mind, you will naturally move toward that thing. Whatever you see yourself doing, you will do. Your circumstances do not determine what your life will be; they reveal the kinds of images you have chosen up until now.

  2. Tell yourself that everything you visualize is already here. Think about the concept that there is really no such thing as time. When you visualize something, then it already exists for you. Your job is simply to bring it from the world of thought to the world of form.

  3. Be willing to do whatever it takes to make it happen. Trying hard is not enough. Being determined is not enough. Giving it your “best shot” is not enough. Everything that you can visualize is already waiting for you to be connected to it. Your willingness to do whatever it takes is what will make that connection.

  4. Realize there is no such thing as failure. You only produce results. The concept of failure is based on someone’s opinion of how you could have done. You cannot fail. It is not possible — you always produce results. If they’re not the results you desire, then you need to go back and examine your thoughts to see why they are leading you in the wrong direction.

Visualization is so powerful because your thoughts are at the very core of your essence. In fact, you are your thoughts. To change anything in your life, all that’s needed is a change in thought and a commitment to do whatever it takes to bring that thought into being.

So with that, I think I am going to have a GREAT Day and I wish you the same. As always, God Bless each of you and all of those to whom you are connected to or will ever be.
