Do you ever question what makes you, you?

Some of us know without a doubt who we are but some of us need direction and some of us need guidance to find ourselves. This can only be answered only if it becomes a reality within us. The search of knowledge of our self can be very abstract or even physical. Some of us may never be willing to accept the negative things about themselves so we just continue living a lie without even knowing it.

So to answer this question; what makes you, you is what has brought you to where you are at this very second. All of the events up to this moment have made you, you. Why do you think you have ended up where you are at this very moment? Is it coincidence? Is it destiny or fate? Whatever you decide to call it its all the same.

Each of us has become who we are because of how we have all managed to shape ourselves through and because of all of life’s experiences. Our individual, societal and family experiences have made us who we are.

Each of us is who we are because we have managed to learn from and to avoid certain things in life because of our upbringing and our belief systems. Even more importantly our soul, our spirit has guided us independent of all other things.

You are you because of what you currently think about yourself. You are you because of what you currently believe about yourself. You are who you are because YOU are YOU.

It is the culmination of all of our responses to internal and external life events all guided by our beliefs about everything and ourselves.

In the end, I cannot answer this question for you as it is you and only you that walks your path. It is up to you to listen to your soul and the events in your life’s and to learn from them. Only you know the answer and when you discover what it is for you, you will become one with yourself.
